Nike, was one of five dogs chained 24/7 on a property adjacent to the train tracks. Since getting fences built, two have been rescued and receive the rockstar treatment. Hopefully, someday Nike will be the third of "The Railroad Dogs" to be lucky enough to take on the rockstar status.
